Eva de Lera

Senior Strategist, Office of Learning Technologies, Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) since 2001. She works with the leadership in helping design and carry out a winning strategy for the Office, drives all international initiatives and collaborations and is also the principal investigator of the ‘Joy of Learning’ project, which helps identify online affective triggers and elements.  She is passionate about turning online interactions into emotional relational experiences and has developed two easy-to-implement methodologies for designers and developers to integrate them into their user-centered design processes: the “10 Emotion Heuristics” and the “ENJOY Guidelines”. She received her M.A. degree in Information and Knowledge Society from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and her B.A. degree in Psychology from New York University.
